We are currently working with a global broadcast organisation that is looking to recruit an Account Coordinator to join its London based creative division on an initial 12-month contract.
As an Account Coordinator you will support the Account Executive and Account Director in project managing the workflow, management and traffic of advertising and communication deliverables in all media including print, online and on-air content.
Your responsibilities will include working with teams to create and pitch creative concepts and proposals to clients including carrying out research on the latest media trends. You will also help create budget estimates, schedule projects and maintain project workflow databases; ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget.
To be considered for this opportunity, you must have strong experience of working within a similar role in a creative advertising, media or marketing department and have a good working knowledge of advertising production processes and media including print, online and broadcast.
It is also important that you are highly organised and have strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work independently.
