|Job Title:||Graphics Support Engineer|
|Location:||Europe: London, UK|
|Salary:||£280 – £300 per day|
We are currently working with a leading sports broadcaster that has an excellent opportunity for a Graphics Support Engineer to join its team on an initial 6 month contract basis.
As a Graphics Support Engineer, you will set up and maintain IT-based broadcast systems at major sporting broadcast events, with a focus on cutting-edge graphics systems. You will have the chance to work on-site at events including football, rugby, golf and boxing.
Candidates should have strong IT skills across Windows, Mac and Linux operating systems and a keen interest in TCP/IP and FTP architecture. Working knowledge of database formats across SQL and Oracle would be highly beneficial.
Previous exposure to broadcast graphics systems such as VizRT or Chyron is desired, although not essential, as is experience in troubleshooting or maintaining touchscreen or telestration devices.
This role will involve regular travel to work on-site at live events and will include 12 hour shifts across evenings and weekends, so candidates must have a flexible approach to their shift pattern.
This is a great opportunity for a skilled engineer, with strong IT skills, to work in a fast-paced environment and utilise your technical knowledge to provide support at prolific sporting events.
If you are fully eligible to live and work in the UK then please apply now for immediate consideration.
