Job Details

We are currently working with a leading digital sports content provider that is looking to recruit two PCR Team Leaders to join its team based in the north of England. In this role you will be required to lead and oversee the operations of the production control room and support the production gallery.

As a PCR Team Leader you will be the senior point of contact for internal and external clients within the department and will be responsible for ensuring that issues are investigated and escalated fully whilst ensuring that faults are dealt with.

You will also manage the holiday and shift rotas and will be responsible for the training and development of a team of PCR Operators, including conducting annual performance reviews, carrying out regular productive 1-2-1 meetings and ensuring staff development.

You will also be required to on-board new tools and workflows into the PCR department, provide feedback and ideas to management on improvements and efficiencies and will make sure that daily reporting is completed to the highest standard possible.

To be considered for this role, applicants must have previously worked in a live MCR environment and possess a broad knowledge of video and audio. Ideally you will have previous people management experience, but this role would also suit those looking to take the next step up in their career.

You must have a flexible work approach as you will be required to work 12-hour shifts including evenings and weekends.
