Job Details

We currently have a fantastic, London based, permanent opportunity available for a Product Specialist to join a leading visual effects software company, to work with its cutting-edge compositing and finishing VFX products.

As a Product Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting the overall success of the company’s compositing and finishing software solutions and act as the face of the product range, being responsible for guiding and delivering market training, support and promotional tools.

As a key opinion-leader within the VFX artist community, you will be the voice of end users and work in close collaboration with Product Managers and Designers, to ensure that product offerings meet the needs of artists.

You will create and implement internal and external training including demo assets, product presentations, introduction videos, tutorials and tips and “how to” videos. You will be the main point of contact for technical queries and be the internal expert on competitor products within the current marketplace.

Responsibilities will also include delivering sales and marketing support materials, providing input in terms of user requirements for product roadmaps, supporting QA teams through testing of pre-release software and providing on-site customer support as required.

Candidates will have excellent hands-on experience of compositing and finishing software, be skilled in packages such as Flame, Fusion, Nuke or After Effects and ideally have a Business, Engineering or Computer Science related degree or similar.

You will have in-depth knowledge of VFX technology, a highly technical aptitude, proven leadership, negotiation and project management skills and the ability to build long-lasting relationships.

Exceptional communication, analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with self-motivation to manage your own time and workload efficiently and a strong “team player” ethos.

This is a multi-faceted, varied and challenging position working for a market-leader in the VFX industry, working across product management, development, sales and marketing.

If you feel this is the right role for you and if you are fully eligible to live and work in the UK without restrictions, then please apply now.
