We are working with a specialist supplier to the broadcast industry that currently has an opportunity for a Senior Customer Service Engineer to join its team on a permanent basis.
As Senior Customer Service Engineer, you will provide in-depth technical support to our client’s international customers, ensuring SLAs are adhered to and issues are rectified as quickly and efficiently as possible. You will provide telephone, email and on-site support, project manage system installations and provide on-going product training to customers.
To be considered for this role, applicants must be educated to degree level or similar in a Broadcast or Computer Science/Networking discipline, with commercial broadcast engineering experience. Specific knowledge of broadcast automation systems would be extremely advantageous, along with strong IT networking and multicasting experience. Good knowledge of video encoding systems and video standards, including DVB and HD-SDI is also required.
