A global media company at the forefront of technology for the internet and focused on content delivery and distribution (CDN) technologies, currently has an excellent permanent opportunity for a Solutions Sales Engineer, to cover a range of sales engineering activities for its customers in Sweden.
As the Solutions Sales Engineer you will work closely with Product Managers to develop product enhancement and strategy, your responsibilities will include:
- Driving pre-sales and proposals activities
- Supporting sales with technical expertise for meetings and presentations with existing and new customers of products and services
- Developing and mentoring junior members of the team.
You should have demonstrable design and engineering experience of IT and internet technologies, standards and protocols – DNS, HTTP, web architecture, security services, delivery applications, enterprise networks, load balancing, technical programming (such as .NET, web services)
The position of Solutions Sales Engineer will require some travel as part of the role, meeting customers, and you must therefore be fluent in Swedish and also, ideally, English.
An excellent overall package is on offer, with a salary of up to SEK 60,000 per month, plus a cash car allowance and annual bonus.
