We currently have an exciting permanent opportunity for a multi-lingual Support Operator to join an expanding technology company that is focused around delivering video content to the broadcast industry. The role will be providing support to their clients based in the UK, Spain and France so fluent English, Spanish and French is essential.
As Support Operator you will be working in a fast paced environment and will be responsible for providing the highest level of customer care, solving issues as and when they arise, as quickly as possible. Our client’s customers work in a just-in-time environment, so the role will be fast paced and challenging and it is essential a customer centric approach is maintained at all times.
As part of your role you will need to develop strong relationships with clients, maintaining ownership of issues and ensuring they are escalated to other internal technical resources in a timely manner, if required, whilst keeping the client constantly updated on progress.
Applicants should have previously worked within the media/broadcast industry, have working knowledge of broadcast/VOD video file formats and possess a passion for technology. Excellent verbal and written communication skills (across English, Spanish and French) are essential, as is the ability to act calmly under pressure.
Any experience of working with non-linear editing software such as Premier Pro would be highly beneficial, as would knowledge of encoding software such as Adobe Media Encoder and Apple Compressor.
