Christy Media Solutions was founded in 2003 as a specialist broadcast recruitment agency, initially providing engineering talent and project resources to broadcasters, systems integrators and manufacturers.
Since then, we have steadily grown the business into other areas and we now provide tailored recruitment solutions across all aspects of broadcasting and media content distribution, utilising our own database of over 45,000 broadcast contacts and a very knowledgeable and experienced team.
As part of our commitment to continuously improving the services we provide, Christy Media Solutions is also a member of both the IABM (International Association of Broadcasting Manufacturers) and APSCo (The Association of Professional Staffing Companies). In 2015, members of the Christy Media team passed their IABM exams to achieve Certified Broadcast and Media Technologist status (Associate level), following training with the IABM. We believe the ongoing financial investment we make in our team will benefit our clients, as our delivery team have an enhanced understanding of broadcast specific technologies, the candidate skill-sets required for technical roles and a better appreciation of our clients’ commercial concerns and business priorities.
