|Job Title:||Asset Administrator|
|Location:||Europe: London, UK|
|Salary:||£26k – £31k per annum|
|Sector:||Commercial & Finance|
We are currently working with an internationally renowned broadcast company that has a permanent opportunity for an Asset Administrator to join its London based team.
As Asset Administrator, you will work closely with the procurement and desktop teams and have responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the company’s asset and inventory management tools. This will involve managing the deployment of IT equipment to internal staff, ensuring the asset database is accurately managed and maintained and recommending improvements where processes can be streamlined.
In this role, you will need to manage and maintain the asset database and stock room, and will therefore be responsible for liaising and building strong relationships with vendors in order to schedule deliveries of new equipment, resolving equipment shortages, lost equipment and managing missed/late deliveries as they occur.
To be successful in this role, it’s essential that you are highly organised, comfortable working with high volumes of data and have excellent communication skills and attention to detail. This role would be well-suited to someone that has previously worked in IT administration or an inventory management type role and has previous experience of asset management and/or stock control. Given the fast-paced nature of the industry, any experience in a similar role within another broadcast organisation would be highly advantageous, as would previous experience with SAP, ARIBA, “Service Now” or similar asset management systems.
If you feel you have the skills and attributes to be successful in this role, then please apply now with a copy of your Microsoft Word CV. Please note, our client is unable to provide sponsorship so all candidates must already be fully eligible to live and work in the UK.
