We currently have an excellent permanent opportunity with a leading content delivery company that is looking to recruit a Client Support Engineer to join its team based in Moscow, Russia.
As a Client Support Engineer you will be the technical communication window between our client’s key customers and partners. You will be responsible for providing 1st line technical support to local clients, supporting R&D activities, providing QA test support, managing SLAs and reporting on faults.
To be considered for this role it is preferable that applicants have a degree, or equivalent, in a computer-related subject with experience of working for a set-top box (STB) or software company. Software engineering experience with C++, Java or HTML would be advantageous. Previous experience of working in a cross-functional virtual team is important, combined with the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external partners.
This role is based in Moscow therefore applicants must speak fluent Russian and also have good English skills (written and verbal).
