An award-winning, expanding technology manufacturer has an excellent permanent opportunity for an International Sales Manager, to be based in the Buckinghamshire area. As the International Sales Manager you will be fully responsible for attaining and developing business throughout the UK, Europe, Middle East and North America.
Working in a key sales position within the business, your role will involve managing the full sales cycle, undertaking research and prospecting, meeting potential clients and providing consultative sales solutions to deliver on bespoke client requirements. In addition to being responsible for new business and creating a strategic business plan to deliver, you will also be responsible for the development of existing accounts, building long term relationships to deliver and exceed sales targets.
To be successful in this role you will be highly motivated and driven by the success of a sale. Any international sales experience would be a bonus and any experience selling technical solutions to the end user and integrators (not initially through distributors and dealers) would be highly beneficial. This position would suit an articulate sales person who is a strong closer, with a real passion for completing deals, and is looking to learn and partner with a highly successful Sales Director.
Any experience in the O&G, Security/Military/Defence, Industrial process control, Aviation or Broadcast industry would be highly beneficial. You will be required to travel internationally, with an average month consisting of 10 days travelling, with the remainder of the role being office based.
In return, a generous package is offered that includes a basic salary of up to £50,000 (dependent on experience) with realistic OTE’s of upwards of £100,000 for the successful candidate. The package will also include a company car or car allowance. This is a fantastic opportunity for an International Sales Manager to drive sales for a highly respected manufacturer.
