A global broadcast organisation requires a Recruitment Coordinator for an initial 3-month contract. In this London based role you will support the Lead Recruiter and act as a key liaison between candidates and agencies; providing efficient and accurate administration for recruitment procedures to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
As a Recruitment Coordinator your responsibilities will include managing the internal applicant tracking system to provide excellent customer service and conducting weekly audits and updates. You will be organising interviews, booking rooms and supporting the recruitment and HR team by managing its mailbox, invoices and other payroll tasks.
To be considered for this opportunity, applicants must have a proven track record of providing administration support, ideally in a recruitment function and be able to demonstrate excellent communication and organisation skills. The ability to deal with high volumes of applications and work to tight deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail is also key.
