A leading broadcast and post production technology company has a great opportunity for a Support Analyst to join its team on a permanent basis. In this role you will be providing first line support across the company’s product range, resolving customers issues as quickly and efficiently as possible, whilst continuing to provide the highest level of service.
As a Support Analyst, you will help to build strong, long lasting relationships with clients, keeping them updated with the progress of their issues, escalating to 2nd and 3rd line resources where required and ensuring each case is taken through to a satisfactory conclusion.
In addition to client support, you will also assist with product testing and contribute to the ongoing development of the company’s support materials.
Applicants should have experience working in a technical support role within a broadcast or post production environment (or similar). A well-rounded knowledge of IT including networking is essential with any exposure to programming or scripting languages such as Python, C++, C, C# being highly beneficial.
In addition to a solid technical background, you will need to have strong customer facing and communication skills with the ability to handle high pressure situations and communicate information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
